Progressive Design and Engineering, Inc. (PD&E) is a certified DBE firm with the Florida Department of Transportation. PD&E specializes in traffic data collection services and they are currently working for District Four in Traffic Data collection capacity. They have demonstrated through their current Traffic Data Collection contract, the quality of their products, their responsiveness to the District's needs and their economically competitive rates that will be beneficial for this project. Their resources will fulfill the needs of this project.

Karen Majdalawi - She serves as the principal point of contact for traffic data collection between the client and the Project Team, coordinate all consultant activities, provide daily assignments, project administration, and assure the technical quality and on-time delivery of the work products. She is very familiar with FDOT procedures and guidelines. She performed extensive traffic data collection services to the Department as a prime and a sub consultant and for numerous private clients and consultants throughout South Florida. She has served successfully as the Project Manager for the past four years for this district wide traffic data collection contract in District Four. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mamoon Majdalawi (Operations Manager) - Is responsible for the day-to-day operations including training, scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance and supplies. He performs field duties including deployment of equipments and field personnel and office duties including the downloading of traffic data files. He is certified with Traffic Control Specialists on the use of PEEK Traffic and JAMAR PETRA software. He has performed a wide and extensive variety of traffic data collection for the Department and private clients. He served as the operation manager for the past one year for the District wide traffic data collection in District Four. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

PD&E retains a pool of support technicians that will be available for each assignment. A pool of part time and temporary reliable professional employees will be utilized to support the demand of multiple TMC assignments.
